I am terrified of needles especially after having a bad experience years ago during an extraction. Since becoming Dr. Ro’s patient I will not see any other dentists. That is why I initially was apprehensive to have my root canal performed today by Dr. Park the root canal specialist. Dr. Park explained every step of the procedure and was very patient with me. I felt minimal pain and discomfort throughout the whole 2 hr process. Any time I complained of sensitivity or discomfort Dr. Park immediately addressed it and ensured I was ok before he continued the root canal. Carmen the certified dental assistant has such a warmth. She also goes above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable and genuinely cares about each patient. Thank you both for making today’s experience a memorable - in a good way !

My recent visit here has been the best visit thus far. The hygienist, Alice, was super personable and made the appointment go by so quickly. We had a great conversation during my visit. She is very knowledgeable about dentistry and so much more. She also has an amazing technique, my cleaning was painless and handled with care.

The amount of time that he spends on each patient is minimal and optimized to maximize their patient flow. They botched my filling. I have attached the xray, I spent another 800$ to fix this in nyc. You will save yourself money and time if you avoid corporate practices and use well knows practices in the city .

Carmen was my dental assistant, she was very kind and friendly, made sure I was comfortable with everything happening and checking in with me. Jasmine and Dr Ro were great with explaining everything. Had a pleasant visit as a first time customer

I got 8 (!) fillings done with Dr Bobrova and Carmen assisting. They were wonderful and very patient for a procedure that ended up taking three hours! Their thoughtfulness and kindness was really appreciated during the process. Complete Dental Works has been great!
