I have been going to this office for sometime now, just because they have a great hygienist. However, recently I had to do a dental crown work and I have two insurances. Their office verified with both the insurances and said that I have to pay $325 out of my pocket and the rest will be covered by both the insurances. After the dentist did the crown work, I had to go back as he did not do the right job. Then I got a call from their office saying that I have to pay an additional $1200 as my insurance did not cover their enormous charge. Yet, the work is not done properly as I have sensation on the same tooth. After many years of relationship with this office, when it came to the billing, the billing lady was very rude and she even told me that ’we don’t care about your business.’

I was terrified of the dentist, but the staff (admin, dentist, dental assistants and hygienists) are all amazing. I am so impressed with the service I get, they always go out of the way to talk to me about what they are doing or anything I want to talk about. Seriously some kind people.

Excellent, excellent and even more excellent! Staff is amazing, Dr. Norton and Dr. Talbott are caring, knowledgeable, trustworthy, take their time with you and explain everything. I went in for an emergency extraction with Dr. Talbott. Everyone was wonderful so I made appointments for my husband and two boys and saw Dr. Norton. Since, we have all been back and had a great experience every time. Even my youngest (7 yrs) who was terrified LOVED this dentist. I have and will continue to recommend them!

To whom it may concern, My wife had Dr. Norton do a substantial amount of work on her teeth including crowns and implants. We were extremely happy with the results on her teeth and they look fantastic. I have worn an upper denture for 59 years. I was forced to get a lower denture including implants about four years ago. I was never comfortable with the fit or feeling of the new dentures and my bite was horrible. Additionally, because the dentures were not designed and built correctly, my ears started ringing, enough so, that it would become very irritating at times. We talked with Dr. Norton and he explained why I was having trouble with my bite, ears ringing, etc. We decided to let him build a complete set of new dentures for me the way they should have been in the first place. In the combined 59 years that I have worn dentures including new dentures, relines and implants, I have never had the expertise, care and perfectionism that Dr. Norton provided me. There has been a substantial reduction in the ringing in my ears and it will probably go away in time. One of my implants was not straight and he designed a locator that allowed the implant to function correctly. Dr Norton’s staff is very open, friendly and caring. They are flexible on getting you in for adjustments and always welcoming. We highly recommend Dr. Norton and his staff to anyone wanting quality dental work at affordable prices. John & Elaine
