Amazing Team 2Great Experience 3I came from another office that had no Customer Service skills and I know because I work in dentistry as well. It’s a hard thing to do, but this office was phenomenal from start to finish helping me get my x-rays with insurance with reviews, referrals, and Amber at the front is amazing she is super sweet thank you so much for all your help and we will definitely be back. I’ve been coming here for about 3-4 years and have always had good experiences with the doctors and the assistants. We came here for several years. Initially, we thought that the care was good. Around the five year mark we started having issues with the office being willing to provide dental records to oral surgery/orthodontia. I had a couple crowns placed, I didn’t really like the way that they looked, but just thought it was what it was. After a few what I would call “weird/bad” judgements I decided to change dentists. Sure enough they said that one of the crowns is completely unacceptable in the way that it’s seated. Because it was already covered by insurance, I will now have to pay cash to have the crown replaced - $1,700. I would recommend going to a different dentist after my five year experience.

I have used a number of dentist in the past and Ocotillo Family Dentistry is by far my favorite. They are all so kind and easy to talk to. They do great work at a very affordable price. Today, based on my x-rays I needed a filling and they were able to squeeze me in right then and there instead of scheduling another appointment.

I’ve been coming to Ocotillo Family Dentistry for almost 3 years, and it has been a great experience every time! Everyone is so professional, efficient and friendly. Bethany, in particular, is a fantastic hygienist! She makes the experience great and is super personable. Highly recommend this place!

My family has been going to Ocotillo Family Dentistry for several years now and just recently had our children in for their periodic cleaning. We have always had a great experience with the doctors and staff here. I have personally, in the past at other dentist offices, had appointments where the experience was both unprofessional and painful. Ramon and the folks at Ocotillo have always worked to make it a pleasant experience. 8/13- I wanted to update real quick- I was in this past week and was very happy with the service. It’s the staff that make this dentist such a success. They all work hard, and you can tel they each enjoy working together. I would like to thank the doctor for hiring such a strong and professional crew. Kudos!!
