Dr. Barakat and her team are out of this world INCREDIBLE! As an adult with extreme dental anxiety, they always go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. The service & professionalism are unmatched. I had a lot of issues with my alignment & bite that were causing me extreme pain & irritation. Not only did Dr. Barakat give me a beautiful new smile that I am so proud to show off, she came up with a plan that eased my pain & has given me a new level of comfort that I haven’t had in years. I was initially hesitant about getting braces after consulting with other orthodontists who recommended extracting teeth to create space for alignment. Moreover, I had a glued-in "fake" front tooth that posed a risk of displacement during treatment, potentially requiring a costly implant if it came out. Accompanying my nephew to Dr. Barakat’s office, I decided to seek her opinion on my teeth. Her approach was refreshingly different—she explained a plan that prioritized moving existing teeth rather than extraction. This sensible strategy immediately won me over. While the adjustment period was challenging at first, Dr. Barakat’s exceptional skill and dedication were evident throughout. My teeth, which had been misaligned since my teens, now look remarkably close to perfection post-braces. Dr. Barakat’s meticulousness was evident; she refused to remove my braces until they were absolutely flawless, despite my eagerness to be done. Notably, she managed to preserve my fake tooth, sparing me the need for an implant. I’m beyond grateful for the outstanding outcome—my teeth look better than I ever imagined possible. Thank you, Dr. Barakat, for your expertise and commitment to achieving such incredible results.

We had a wonderful experience with "Perfectionist" Dr Barakat and her wonderful Opus1 team . My son Johan had his braces removed today and his teeth and smile are beautiful . Our experience was exceptional from the beginning to the end . The Dr took her time to explain the process and guided my son through every step.
