Amazing Team 4The front office staff was so professional, yet friendly and very prepared for all that they needed to do and the paperwork we needed, and then in the back all of the Assistance and hygienist was more than efficient very kind. Very concerned about any issues that you might have with your teeth, and the doctor came in in such a timely fashion and was quick to do the exam, and ask questions professionals I can highly recommend them !!!!! Yes, I look forward to my next visit and I can highly recommend them

This office is so incredible from every angle. The front office helped to make sure me and my daughter were booked at the same time for her first ever appointment. Alexia did me and my daughter’s cleaning and made it so fun and special. She was patient with my daughter and walked her through everything and I was amazed by her kindness! Dr. Swain was amazing as well and gave me great advice. Beth helped us with the aftermath and figuring out costs and she was so nice. Really all around great people and my daughter told me in the car she can’t wait to come back and see Alexia (: thank you Gilbert smiles!

I know there are some people who dread going to the dentist… if you’re one of those people I would recommend Gilbert smiles. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist and dentist are wonderful, kind and caring. I have seen several different hygienists and they are all so friendly, gentile, kind and personable. You won’t regret booking your next appointment at Gilbert Smiles, I promise!

Dr Swain is great! He’s very down to earth and has a due care genuine concern for his patients. Teresa is outstanding with customer service, in fact the whole staff is friendly and professional. I wish I could remember all their names. I have made my self an adopted client and will return. Thank you all Greatsmiles staff. 👍🏿

Excellent experience today overall! Friendly front office staff, Chris (hygienist) was thorough and efficient. Dr Swain was very welcoming. I appreciate his conservative approach to my dental health and not trying to sell all the extras. Thanks for a great experience- I’ll definitely be sending any referrals your way!
