Amazing Team 3Cleaning 2Highly Recommended 3I was a new customer at Black Mountain Dental Care in Cave Creek. Everyone in the office was so professional. It was easy to make the appointment for my cleaning. Paige was my Hygienist and was the sweetest, kindest, caring hygienist I have had. She explained everything she did and showed my X-rays to me and any other pictures she took. Dr Hedayat was the dentist that checked all the X-rays and conferring with the hygienist decided a plan for fixing a couple problem areas. I would definitely refer this dental office. Today 4/17/25 I went back for a root canal and temporary crown by Dr Hedayat and his dental assistant Candice. I had no pain throughout the procedure and once the numbness wore off I had no pain. I go back for the permanent crown in May. I know dentistry has come a long way. If I had had a dental office like this when I was a kid I would have no fears in going to the dentist. So kind and caring.

Great staff, and great Dentist, very up to date with equipment, best experience I have ever experienced. Paige the hygienist is gentle and talented. Front reception is kind as well. Highly recommend

I am a perfectly pleased new patient. Dr. Fletcher will be my dentist for life! Crystal is a superb dental hygienist. Everyone in the office was friendly & professional. I highly recommend Black Mountain Dentistry.

Made an appointment for a cleaning. After over an hour of them running different x-rays and stuff they said it was now time to schedule my next two appointments to get a cleaning done. Was surprised I was not getting a cleaning, which is what I asked for. On top of that.I’ve never had to schedule two appointments for a teeth cleaning. If that’s the way they do business that’s fine. I’m going somewhere else.

This was my first visit to Black Mountain Dental Care - I don’t think anyone enjoys a trip to the dentist, but I was very happy with everyone at Black Mountain, starting with the friendly young lady at the front desk, then Crystal my hygienist who did great work and was most helpful, and Dr. Fletcher who was friendly, helpful and professional. All are highly recommended!
