HORRIBLE! I had a 11 am appointment & it is now 1:50 pm as I am writing this review in their office and I still have not seen anyone. If you can avoid coming to this dental office spare yourself. Unprofessional, messy, and just a horrible experience.

This practice is a total mess. If you book a cleaning, make sure to ask if someone will be there to do it – seems logical, but I scheduled a cleaning only to get there and discover that they only book them on certain days (was not communicated when I called), so it was a total waste of time and money. Then I received a bill almost a YEAR later with no details on how to pay it. I called and waited 45 minutes on hold only to find out their credit card machine "wasn’t working" and that I could mail a check or bring in cash. I only went to this practice once and immediately went somewhere else.
