Very displeased with their buyout of Dr Lesch’s business. I have maintained the same insurance for 5+ years, and been doing to this location for many years. Its always our responsibility to notify THEM of any changes. But apparently not the other way around. They knowingly had me see their fresh dentist that was not accredited with Dental Dental yet. This was very much known to them.. and they HOPED they could get her back-dated and covered. I was not informed of this before the cleaning. I think it was a calculated risk to have her seeing patients earlier than she should have. When my insurance denied the claim due to being out of network, your billing person essentially said “sorry it’s not my problem”. It resulted in me getting a $200+ bill for a normally free cleaning. They may push the blame on my insurance.. but I do not. Terrible business decision that screwed me over.

My dental hygienist was wonderful ; I think her name was Sabrina and she loves photography of big cats and travel. Fascinating. All staff ; the doctor is amazing as well as receptionist. I wish I knew all names but so very good and I already referred my daughters there

I had the best experience! Lisa was so kind on the phone and extremely welcoming when I came into the office. Heather was my hygienist and she was so sweet, thorough, and even patient with my son who had to tag along with me. Dr. Kardohely was so kind as well! I was very impressed and will be continuing my care here!
