Dr. Murphy is amazing. His personality set me at ease and gave me confidence on the first visit and again before the procedure (tori removal). He is highly skilled and talented. Googling what to expect post-surgery, I was expecting days of pain and swelling, but it never happened! Took the pain meds on the first day for fear of what might happen if I didn’t, and never needed to take another one! This is the only practice you should consider if you need periodontal work

Dr. Caputo is personable and an expert at what he does. He made me feel comfortable during my procedure and so did his assistant, Heather. All the ladies up front are friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this office!

I was having pain in one of my molars and went to see my regular wonderful dentist. After an X-ray revealed that I had infection in a tooth that had previously had a root canal, I was referred to an endodontist to redo the root canal. Halfway through the root canal, he determined that the tooth was cracked and would need to be removed entirely. That is not his area of expertise so his office referred me to an oral surgeon, Dr Ed Murphy. I am so grateful that Dr. Murphy was willing to take me right away so I would not have to wait another day. He is so personable and calming, along with his assistant, Amy. They were so accommodating and kind to me, put me at ease and took great care of me. He was able to get the tooth out, place the stitches and I was on my way home a short time later. Everyone in the office was very professional and pleasant. I can’t say enough about how smoothly everything went on a day full of surprises. I highly recommend Dr. Edward Murphy to anyone needing his particular skills.

Dr. Murphy and his team are truly amazing!!! They do a very good job making you feel comfortable. When you arrive, someone will come right up to get you, therefore the wait is not long at all. If you have any sort of discomfort after a surgery, you can reach out to Dr. Murphy and he will do his best to figure out what is going on and/or have you come in the next day to check you out. I love the staff at Periodontal Associates, you will be pleased.

Dr. Murphy and the team at Periodontal Associates were wonderful to work with! I had a little trepidation before being treated for a decayed tooth, that ultimately needed an implant. They couldn’t have been more kind and friendly, which made my experience the most comfortable and if I’m honest, as enjoyable as an implant procedure could be! One of the best dental experiences I have ever had. Thank you!
