An excellent practice with a great staff! Andrea, Brianna, Alexa and Dr. Steinkruger all made what might have been an unpleasant experience a pleasant one. And I can’t forget Pebbles who almost went unnoticed. What a charming dog! Thanks again though I hope not to be back. 😁

I came to CE in need of a Root Canal, I spoke to Kristen by Phone and she was very nice and friendly and answered questions of concern that I had. I then completed the online documents requested and made the trip to the office at the scheduled time. I was then placed with Ms. Veronica to begin preparations for the procedure. She took X-rays and explained things as she went along. I had the challenge of a Gag Reflex and the contraptions needing to go into the mouth could be tricky for the X-rays, she was very patient and accommodating to this matter. Then Dr. Morris came in and spoke briefly and then proceeded, his skill in the administering of the numbing medication and performing of the procedure was efficient and not uncomfortable as I thought it might have been. Finishing X-rays and points of monitoring were performed to insure that all was done well and I was then sent on my way. Other than a little bit of Soreness from the procedure, I did not feel bad or have any post procedural discomfort. I want to Thank the Staff of the North Charleston Location for their great treatment of me and the needed Endodontic Care. I give them 5 stars as they appear to strive to accomplish the need well.

They are the best!!! The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. I am so afraid of the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable and it was my best dental experience ever. They even provided me with a blanket to keep warm, and called me the next day after my procedure to check on me. I experienced no pain during or after my root canal. I wish I could have them as my personal dentist!!! Highly recommended 👌

I took my mom here for a root canal. She is 87 years old and everyone in the office was so helpful and polite and concerned with her comfort. Doctor Strange and her staff were just wonderful and even called this morning to see how my mom was doing. I would highly recommend, a very professional, clean, and comfortable office.

I went to the North Charleston location on Netherby Lane for an emergency root canal. They got me in early the following morning. Dr. Morris did an excellent job. It was absolutely painless. It is a state of the art establishment and the people working there are extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
