They lied to me and said they would do an extraction for my mother. They only took an x-ray and sent us to a oral surgeon and to be charged for another x-ray which was outrageous when we already paid for in the first place. This place is a rip off. I took my mother to Ashley dental right away and they did all in one procedure and she is fine now. DO NOT GO HERE AT NORTHSIDE FAMILY DENTISTRY!

As someone who really dislikes going to the dentist this was by far the best experience I have ever had! John was so patient and kind. He's funny and makes the cleaning experience so easy. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them over and over again!

Dr. Vicente has been my dentist for many years, he is a top notch clinician with warm and reassuring chair-side manner. I've had a number of procedures done over the years, always with excellent results. The office is continually updated with the latest technology, and Dr. Vicente obviously loves his work and takes pride in his friendly and professional staff. As a busy person, I really appreciate the flexible and efficient scheduling as well.

Wonderful experience for my boyfriend and daughter! Dr. Vicente and Dental Hygienist John took great care of them and I have my appointment next! Can't wait! Front desk staff are phenomenal and provide A+ customer service! The office is modern and they have the latest technology. We are so happy we have found a great dental office!
