I have been seen Dr Riley Cates years. He has knowledge and experience. He has always done the best for my teeth. I do not trust any dentist but him. I am glad that he is my dentist. I highly recommend him.

It brings happy tears to my eyes knowing that my smile is fixed. Dr. Jake worked for 2 1/2 hours repairing old, cracked fillings, sealed between my teeth. This weighed on my confidence for three years and I barely ever wanted to talk. My teeth are restored back to their original state and it’s unbelievable what a patient, and kind dentist can do for one’s confidence. I owe ya one, Dr Jake! Thank you endlessly for the time spent with me on my journey back to mental sanity and self confidence. Hopefully my review isn’t deleted due to the photo of my new teeth! I was so ashamed of them for so long that I have very few photos of how incredibly damaged they were. Highly recommend north rivers for any extensive dental work, and simple cleanings. The hygienists are patient as well and take their time with those who have dental anxiety. Truly an amazing group of staff!

I am a new patient and had my first visit today. My goal was to find a dentist for my family that would listen to us and explain procedures before jumping in. I am very impressed with the staff and am comfortable knowing this seems to be the practice we were looking for. The receptionist was very willing to take the time to explain how their staff practices. The hygienist was very kind and checked on me often to make sure I was doing ok. The dentist was also very friendly and thoroughly explained an upcoming procedure that I will need. I walked away very satisfied and look forward to be a long term customer.
