Dr. Banick and the staff were great. Between Ashley and Mary, my info and paperwork was done before l even got there and l know exactly what everything would cost beforehand. Dr. B is an excellent and non judgemental dentist. He was personable and professional and made me comfortable, addressed all of my concerns and then put together options that l could chose from. I appreciate the staff being pleasant and friendly. It made me more at ease. My hygienist was amazing! She was willing to answer any questions I had . As well as explain each part of my exam. I appreciate Dr. Banik taking the time to discuss my upcoming treatment with me. He made it clear what my next steps are and what treatments were a priority. I became a new patient after a bad experience with a local dentist. I was extremely satisfied with my first experience with Carolina Family Dentistry. I will definitely recommend them to others.
