Hi, my name is Pamela Warren. I visited you guys on April 22, 2021 in Charleston, SC. My visit was very good, the staff was very helpful. I didn’t have to wait in the lobby long, the Tech that took care of me showed how much she was into her job as well as making sure she was very gentle with her patient. When my Dentist came in, she introduce herself and explain what was going on with my teeth’s and gums. What needed to be done to help me along in the process. So therefore, I would refer anyone to go to Aspen Dental in Charleston off of 2051 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. Thank you and see you soon.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but this place earned it. I chose aspen dental because of its proximity to my house and it’s “convenience”. My first appointment was a cleaning and cavity filling. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth not only gave me the roughest teeth cleaning I’ve ever had and was displeased that I had a permanent retainer, but was less than professional to say the least. She made it very clear she had no interest in being at work that day because of back pain and other irrelevant issues, clearly didn’t focus on me as the patient or the tone she was setting at my first appointment. So much so that the cavity filling was enjoyable in comparison, kudos to that doctor for her demeanor and professionalism. I brushed it off as everyone has those days, but fast forward 6 months and I’m due for my second annual cleaning. They called to reschedule twice due to staffing changes and on my third attempt to come in they call me 5 minutes before my appointment to cancel because of “equipment failure.” I have changed my schedule with my employer 3 times and took off work to drive 30 minutes to this office only for them to cancel. And then they have the nerve to ask me when is a good time to reschedule like I’m the one who can’t keep an appointment. So, I called back to be taken off the patient list and while I’m on hold for a long time(as usual) I listen to the recording about how convenient aspen dental is with extended hours and easy scheduling for people like me with a 9-5, etc. Nope. They close at 4 everyday, it isn’t easy to schedule an appointment, and when you do finally get one they cancel or move it several times because of staffing or “equipment” issues. The cherry on top was the rude receptionist. I did not stutter, I said it to her and Ill say it again. This place needs to get it together, in every aspect. Don’t waste your time or money like I did. Lesson learned, I’ll be taking my business to a privately owned office that can follow through on a simple biannual cleaning.

My first visit with ASPENS DENTAL was a very easy process. , information was processed on line before I was seen before my due date appointment . When I got to my appointment I didn't have much, information to give only my ID AND PROOF of my dental insurance..the staff were very professional and friendly .the technology is out of this world I Saw my dental work in 3D color 😂 . This is a awesome place that I will highly recommend .. Will visit again for further dental work..thank you Patricia Ann Wright..

My mother has Alzheimer's and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate her special needs they were very understanding and compassionate. Would recommend y'all to everyone. I'm her son /caregiver and the finance department understood that money was tight and helped out tremendously. Everyone did a top notch job. Thank you
