The Best place ever!! Dr. Sam is just GREAT!! He Just used a new way of numbing the mouth and it was the best ever. you Will not feel a thing!!! You will be able to eat right away after the proccedure’s done. Thank you miss Dennise for your help also.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARENTS TO BRING THEIR CHILD/CHILDREN TO EXPERIENCE THIS FOR THEMSELVES. The staff is the Best!! Thank you all .

I didn’t learn that Dr Jen retired until my son was already in the chair. I actually had to ask about her before they mentioned anything. Dr Jen was amazing. The new dentist, not so much. My son is like cavity prone and always needs some type of work done, even though he is 7 he never had an issue with getting the work done. With the new dentist my son started freaking out in the middle of it. I could hear my son, so I walked back there and the dentist didn’t stop what he was doing, didn’t try to say anything to calm him down, nothing. Luckily, I was able to get my son to relax. It wasn’t our normal experience with Charleston Smiles, he isn’t Dr Jen. 2 weeks after the appointment the crown was stabbing my son and scraping his tongue. We found a new dentist and at first my son was terrified of going to the point of saying it no longer bothered him. I have suggested Charleston Smiles to everyone that has asked me for a Pediatric Dentist for 12 years now, but now that Dr Jen has retired that will no longer be the case.

The best pediatric dentist. So very kind and helpful and treat everyone like family. Did a wonderful job on my daughter’s teeth. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.
