I found the front desk staff to be rude, the billing department overcharged for services that took 4 months to provide reimbursement for (which I had to hound on), canceled my appts 3X while only having been a patient with them for a year. Do not recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and caring dentist office.

Worst dentist ever. Needed a crown put back on. Waited 10 days for an appointment. The staff was very nice. I am terrified of the dentist after a previous horrible experience years ago. When I asked the dentist about getting nitrous for the new crowns I need, he told me he didn’t do that. That "his patients don’t need it". It was the most rude, dismissive comment I’ve had from a medical professional. I told him and he could see that I was in obvious distress. He was so arrogant I couldn’t even speak. Thank goodness my insurance changed and I have other options. Because I would gum my food for the rest of my life before letting him touch me.

My hygienist was super gentle and professional. Wonderful to talk to, and kept me comfortable the entire time. Dr. Hamilton always seems to be in a wonderful mood, and he always keeps it light. Great work by great people!

Great practice! Becca is the nicest hygienist and the front desk staff is personable and knowledgeable about payment plans and insurance. Dr Hamilton is great too! Overall, everyone is thorough yet efficient. I recommend this practice!

Dr. Hamilton is wonderful and very knowledgeable in dental care. Eva my hygienist is wonderful. I’m very impressed with everything about this dental clinic. My family made the right choice.
