Holly was amazing, took the time to engaging conversation to reduce the stress level and reassure that I was in kind & compassionate hands. Dr. Laro came in with a very energetic good morning smile. He appreciated my candor of expressing my fear. He immediately put me at ease and extended his professional trust, which was welcomed. The morning wrapped up with Neha’s kindness and patiently reassuring me that I was in excellent hands …we spoke about bring Brave.
