I must say I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Barrows and the professionalism of the staff at Charleston Family Dentistry. At my initial appt Dr. Barrows took the time to tell a bit about himself and made me feel comfortable from the start. He made sure the treatment plan he proposed worked with my financial situation and best of all he treated my time just as important as his own. They are certainly my go to dentist now and I only wish I had started using them sooner! I highly recommend them to everyone!

This was the best experience I’ve had by far, in a dental office. Kait was so courteous and polite on the phone and assisted me to come in and be seen on the very day I called! I was so grateful! Trista was also exceptional and guided me every step of the way with what to expect, how they would be able to assist me, and even showed so much kindness to my 14 year old son who came along after his medical appointment! And Dr. Barrows, you are truly a wonderful dentist and human being. You made me feel so at ease, both you and Trista, and were so down-to-earth that it made me feel so comfortable! I truly recommend this dentistry to anyone who wants exceptional service with an outstanding team of loving, caring professionals. I appreciate you all and again thank you so much!!!

As someone who has avoided going to the dentist for some time due to some bad experiences, Dr. Barrows was recommended to me. Everyone I encountered, Kaitlyn at the front desk who was so warm and welcoming, Kristen who did my cleaning and was so thorough and gentle, and finally Dr. Barrows who listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They all made the dreaded dentist appointment the most pleasant I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely be coming back.

Simply fantastic! Not only is the entire staff friendly and kind, the Doctor is incredible and the level of caring is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at a dentist. Highly recommended. I came in for a simple check up and cleaning…turns out I needed a root canal and crown and even with having to go to a specialist I was able to get everything started within two days. It’s crystal clear that this office truly cares about patients.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Barrows for several years now and have been overwhelmingly pleased with his practice. His experience really shows, and he does a great job explaining what needs to be done and why. Recently he replaced one of my prior dentist’s fillings; the replacement feels so much more natural and I no longer get food caught between my teeth. The staff are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable as well. Each of my visits has been easy to book and the office always runs right on schedule. I highly recommend Charleston Family Dentistry if you’re looking for a dentist in the area!
