I had my first appointment at NCFD this week and first impression when I walked in was "wow". The office is beautiful and welcoming. I had the pleasure of being greeted and checked in by Ryan. She was super kind and very helpful. The next person I met was my hygienist, Rachel. She was amazing! Answered my MANY questions and made me feel so comfortable. I was then greeted by my dentist...she was very nice and informative. I was scheduled for a deep clean two days later. Having never experienced anything like this, I was quite nervous. The comfort that I found was knowing that I would be returning to see Rachel. SHE was the reason I followed through with my visit and didn’t "chicken out". She listened to all my concerns, answered MORE questions, and what I thought was going to be a scary experience, was AMAZING. I cannot say enough about NCFD...if you have any reservations about getting any sort of dental care, don’t hesitate to reach out to them! 10/10 would recommend 👌

My hygienist was very knowledgeable, calming which helped to calm my nerves, and organized and punctual. She greeted me with a smile which helped me to feel so much better. I enjoyed my sessions very much. The entire staff were very helpful.

The woman at the the front desk who took my new patient paperwork was extremely rude. I was told I had to get here 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, which I did, and had to wait over 40 minutes to be seen, with people who came in after me and without appointments being seen before me. I ended up leaving because they were not even going to guarantee me a dental cleaning. I will say the dental hygienist was very nice.

I had a great experience at this office. The staff were very friendly and professional, my exam was very thorough, and everything was explained beforehand. Dr. Kraker was very professional and gentle. I also thought the price after my insurance was very reasonable. I am looking forward to working with this office again!
