Wentworth Street Dental Associates

I went here from 2015-2019, and was happy with the service until the last couple appointments. They started to have frequent staff changes, including the last time I went in when there was a new front desk person, and a new dentist. I asked the new front desk person what had happened to my old dentist and she said "oh, I think he he retired". I said, "he only looked in his 30’s or 40’s, that can’t be right." And she said, "oh hm, that one? Uh, I think he moved to Florence" (or somewhere). It seemed like she had no idea who he was. In the exam room, there was a new TV with dubious ads rolling for a new proprietary treatment for TMJ (not scientifically supported, not covered by insurance, and very expensive). The hygenist told me "I always go 2mm under the gums" before doing an extremely agressive and painful cleaning (I take care of my teeth well). The new dentist came in, asked me how I was, and didn’t wait for an answer before continuing to talk. He heavily pushed the treatment from the ads, turns out it’s HIS proprietary treatment. He kept on calling me uncomfortable endearments, and touching my shoulder. He looked at my teeth for several seconds. I found a new dentist.
