Dental Implant Centre

Impossible to reach anyone to get my husband in for an appt. He needs implants tightened. Lulu was always so helpful. Cant get a return call, tried going to clinic, wasn’t open on hours stated on the door. Hopefully someone will reach out to us.

At the time I thought I was getting a bargain. People were nice. Dr Gillespie was the salesman but did not do the implants. The guy who did the implants was rude. They mislead me. Did not tell me I was getting temporary implants. A year later having issues and may have to get 2 replaced. Not happy with them. Just found out the practice changed hands. Hummmm

I made an appointment for Dr. Gillespie at 10am. No one told me he longer works there. I was surprised when I showed up for my appointment and the name had changed on the front door. Anyways, I go in at 9:45 and there’s one patient already in the back. After a few minutes the nurse comes out and ask me to fill out some paperwork. I did and returned it. It is a few minutes before 10am and the nurse says the doctor will be right with you. I take a seat and sit there until 10:56. I was just going to leave at 11am. I’m not sure what the acceptable amount of time is to wait but after an hour not a single word...not "we are running behind, it’s going to be a little while, would you like to reschedule" Absolutely nothing. The nurse finally comes and gets me. She takes an Xray and tells me to sit. I wait another 10 minutes and the nurse wants to discuss TREATMENT PLANS!?! I haven’t even seen a doctor yet! At no time did the new dentist introduce himself, come talk to me, look at my mouth...NOTHING! My time is valuable and I find it unacceptable to be in a dentist for almost an hour and a half and never speak to the doctor. If I showed up an hour late for my appointment... Would the doctor still see me? The answer is NO! So I just left without ever seeing a doctor.

Very pleasant dental experience, from setting up the appointments to the follow-up visits, dealing with a complicated situation that this Dr. Keller simplified and resolved that morning. Could not have gone any better, in my most humble opinion, so be sure to check out Beachy Dental in Mount Pleasant South Carolina. Under new ownership and state of the art techniques from the dental schools of the Midwest US. It was well worth the time.

Thank y’all so much! We are not established patients but happened to be in the area visiting when my son had a minor issue with his braces but was pretty uncomfortable. We decided to ask at the front desk if they could help. Not only were they very welcoming, friendly and helpful- they did not charge us and said “Happy Holidays”. Wonderful practice!
