They screwed up on my insurance claim and I had to pay out of pocket. They also didn’t tell me xrays weren’t covered till after. There was another patient at the counter that had the same thing happen to him. I was told I’d get callbacks about the insurance screw up, and never did. I just got the bill... Called back, still no return phone call.
