Old Trolley Dental

I would be very very careful going here, because they are dishonest with their services. I’ve been in insurance for a while and saw a few red flags when I had my appointment there, and they definitely verified when I was looking through their medical notes and claims that they sent me. I initially went in to get a cleaning and I was about 6-7 months pregnant. I called asking if that was a problem and what insurance I had, and they said that both worked and wasn’t a problem. I get there and I’m unable to lean back all of the way, so the hygienist wasn’t able to do the cleaning (even though I was told on the phone it was possible). I tell her I don’t want to do an evaluation and exam, just a cleaning, so since this is all not possible because I was pregnant, I said I would reschedule (they even wrote this entire request in their notes) The hygienist offers to just check my mouth if I had a cavity and I would leave. She had the dentist come in as well to “check her work.” This whole thing took maybe 5-10 min. I leave and repeat my insurance to the front desk, and months later, I get a bill of almost $200 for an exam, X-ray, and an evaluation. They also claimed that they didn’t take my insurance either, even though when I was there, I spoke with the front desk about it twice. I felt completely lied to and taken advantage of. Just be careful when you go. Tell them EXACTLY what you need done and call your insurance multiple times to verify that they work with their office, because apparently their office staff isn’t trained well enough to do their job and let their clients know. I’ve seen this is kind of fraud and dishonesty at other medical practices - this office is definitely on the radar for this. Just be careful!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 5 years, and Old Trolley Dental Associates made me feel very welcome! Angela and Dr. Kibler were super nice and explained everything without any shame for not coming sooner or not flossing. I look forward to coming back regularly!

Staff are very welcoming and warm. Both doctors are patient, friendly and take their time to ensure all my questions have been answered. The Hygienists and Dental assistants are very professional, and any anxiety I may have while being in a dental chair melts away knowing I’m in excellent hands.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kibler for 17 years. He has always been straightforward with my dental care. He one of the most professional doctors that I know, as well as friendly and personable. He is one of my favorite doctors. It feels like we have grown up together. I would recommend this whole practice. The whole staff is great.

Moved here from Boston and was in need of a dentist! My husband actually had an emergency that needed to be seen quick! I saw on Facebook Old Trolley Dental Associates! They had great reviews 5 star. We were looking for a young practice but a lot of experience that we wouldn’t be looking a new dentist in a couple of years. The bonus was they were in our network! My husband was thrilled with the office and how accommodating they were in a pinch! He said he loved them and was pleased with how they handled his emergency! I recently had a cleaning and was thrilled they took the time to find out about me and what my needs were as far as a dentist! Making me feel like they really do care for there patients! Would highly recommend Old Trolley Dental Associates!
