HE DID NOT DESERVE WHAT YOU DID TO HIM! HE JUST TURNED 2! I am going to post photos of full roots of the teeth this dr extracted from my 2 years olds mouth. Her and her assistants lied and said he had pain and his teeth were decaying so bad it was getting in his blood stream. That he could not come back to the surgery center he could only come twice to get his teeth done. They stated he would be held down in the office and his teeth pulled while awake if not done now. He only went in for 1 filling. She lied and said I couldn’t recieve his teeth. Not until I showed the CDC guidelines to the manager of Trident Surgery Center I received his teeth and them stating at first they lost it and his teeth are in a biohazard bin. All the posting are from in house. This lady and her staff should be shame of themselves. I pray every day and night god serves you for the damage you did to my child and family. There was no decay on his teeth at all. WHY?? I never heard from her or the staff after that day. Not one call to see if he was okay, nothing. And she documented that family agreed. Lies. It was written and documented and told to her face and her staff, No, Stop! No Extractions he just turned 2! No medicine and 4 front teeth extracted from the roots, 7 silver crowns and 3 white. You’re an awful person!

Dr. Jen is an amazing pediatric dentist...she takes her time answering any questions. Our visit was fun and educational and she set my grandson at ease with her smile and the time she took with us....if you haven’t seen their office, you should.....the game room, movie theater room and TVs on the ceiling just to name a few. Thank you Dr. Jen and staff.....you truly love what you do 😊

Dr. Jen is the best pediatric dentist in Charleston. She is loved by her staff, patients, and parents. Dr. Jen takes her time with each child to ensure they receive the best dental treatment. Very thorough and personable. She wears a smile around the office and has a way to make everybody feel comfortable at the dentist. Would highly recommend her to other families. Truly cares about others and improving oral health care.
