Cleaning 3Very upset!! I have been a patient at this facility for over 10 years. I was a roll over patient to Dr Callison. I take my dental health very seriously & stayed on top of my 6 mo cleanings. I absolutely loved her work BUT, after my last session I had to go for a second opinion bc I was being told by a receptionist (not Dr Callison) that I had numerous cavities that needed to be filled (7). 1st) I knew there was no way!! 2nd) why didn’t she say that during the exam 3rd) if it was true why would she have not showed concern. I’m 55 I only had 6 in my entire life!!! How does one get 6 in 8 months!! I knew I was being taken advantage of & went for a second opinion without saying why I was there. No cavities or decay were found. I have no insurance & they should be ashamed!! I now have a new dentist. Do better Dr Callison, bc I’m heartbroken about this!

My husband went yesterday for the first time as sort of a test run to see if I’d be comfortable there (I suffer from medical/dental anxiety due to past experiences). The women at the front desk were so kind & helpful. They talked us through everything & made sure we understood payments, insurance and scheduling. The hygienist that took care of his cleaning was funny & super kind as well. We both felt so at ease and comfortable through the entire process. The dentist herself was very informative and friendly. The entire experience was comfortable & surprisingly enjoyable (for it to be a dentist visit). He will definitely be returning for follow up treatments and cleanings & I will also be signing on as a new patient ! Everyone was easy going, friendly, and attentive, and we definitely recommend !

Dr C is the consummate professional. She is exceedingly capable and very caring. All of her staff is wonderful. I drive from Mount Pleasant because I know it’s the best dental care that I can receive.

I have had nothing but great experiences with DR. Callison and her very qualified staff over the last few years, and I have had two implants, several fillings, an extraction, and crowns, all with absolutely no problems after the procedures. Also, the 6-month cleanings and check ups help to keep my dental health in good shape.

Dr.Callison is the best dentist i have ever had, she really cares about her patients. She’s fun and nice and makes a warm environment, all of the staff are the nicest people i have ever met. They go above and beyond to make sure your every need is met. If i could give more than 5 stars i would because they really deserve it.
