Seriously the worst first off my child got five silver quick drying cavity covers to come back months later to find out all of them fell out and one tooth was far gone had to be pulled at 4 years old! And the other teeth had to have a root canal and a silver cap! I talked to the doctor about it because honestly I’m pissed!! My son always sat so good for everything untill one lady didn’t knob him up enough and ever since that day has never sat properly for anything at the dentist caused him so much trauma! To now another tooth had to get pulled today and we are watching another tooth with a cap for maybe needing a removal! Mind you!!! None of my son’s teeth should have gotten this far for removal in the first place if the doctor would have just did a filling!!! Because the new doctor already after went back on his charts and said he should have never got the quick dry silver because it was already to big! But on top of that how about the only appointment Iv ever gone to and pulled back on time of his appointment was when all the guest canceled it’s always a hour or hour 1/2 after the time mind u they don’t tell u anything when u sign in they don’t call u nothing but if ur late! Appointment cancelled!!! But they do not care about ur time!

The billing department needs to put at least 10% in to their job and learn records keeping and payment tracking. The Dentist are great never have a problem with them just the billing department. Really need to look at your process and get a Lean six sigma trained person to improve the payment tracking process. It’s garbage.

We were visiting Beaufort from NC, and my son woke up with an abscessed tooth and a swollen cheek the size of a baseball, in pain. We panicked for a second, and then gave Coastal Peds a call, hoping for a miracle that they’d have room to see him. Not only did they pick up the phone BEFORE opening hours, but the receptionist worked with us to get him in first thing, and made sure all of our insurance checked out. She called us back multiple times to ensure everything was squared away before we arrived, and then the dentist and DA took us in for a VERY clear and comprehensive evaluation. They took X-rays, gave us a scrip for amoxicillin so we could resume our vacation, and sent the results and files right up to our dentist in NC so we could pick up where we left off once we got home. It was incredible service and professionalism, and I honestly think God sent us to Beaufort that day just so we’d be there when his tooth “gave out”. Thank you, Coastal Peds!!

Great staff, they are wonderful with my 6 year old who is autistic and non verbal. They are wonderful with all ages of kiddos mine are between 1 and 12. Love the fact that Dr. Lauren introduces herself to the kids and tells them what she will be doing.

This place is amazing. My kids love coming here. The best kids dental office I’ve seen so far.
