My experience with Dr. Hardy is that he might be capable of performing basic services, but nothing more. He did a crown for me and it was bad on so many levels that I was forced to go to another dentist to have it redone. Of course, insurance would not pay for it, so that was my cost. The office staff has been nonexistent, so even trying to schedule an appointment was a challenge. The voice mail was constantly full and even when I was able to leave a message, the call was not returned. Appointments, when they could be made, were constantly canceled the day of. All in all it was frustrating and costly to use Kevin Hardy’s services.

Ok for basic cleaning and maintenance. This doctor will do as you ask rather than providing professional advice, if what is asked should not be recommended (eg. building a bridge on a poor foundation). Don’t even think about getting Invisalign braces from this practice since they are totally clueless about the process. It is now obvious that they did not bother ensuring that teeth were in a suitable baseline condition for braces to be applied. Extremely poor communication from front office staff regarding appointment changes and billing inquiries.

Dr Hardy is an excellent dentist number 1. His office staff -Lisa at front desk so attentive checking for you making appointments Dental Insurance etc. Very efficient. DiNora who is in Dental School is excellent. She is certainly a nice addition to the office as an exchange student. Will be an excellent dentist. I broke my front tooth - Lisa got me in right away and Dr hardy did a great job fixing my front tooth. I recommend Irish Dental at the Medical Pavilion Highly.

The hygienist at Irish Dental is great; kind, caring, and really good. But the dental assistant didn’t wear a mask while working on me on 2 separate occasions. I kindly asked her to because she was breathing into my mouth and nose. She said she doesn’t like to wear a mask because it makes her face break out. I guess she doesn’t care about passing germs onto her patients. I nicely spoke with the manager, who is the dentist’s wife. She didn’t seem to care at all and blew me off. I asked her to speak with the dentist about it and she said she would do that and call me back, but of course she never did call me back. I think proper hygiene in a medical office is very important, so I will be finding another dentist.

I can’t say enough good things about this dentist and his staff!! I had cavities filled about a week ago at my dentist in Louisville,KY and it started bothering me. Once we got to Hilton Head, I was in so much pain. I googled dentist offices and saw Dr. Hardy’s reviews and immediately set an appointment. The first they did was took an x-ray and were able to tell what the problem was. They fixed it in an hour and waking up this morning, I feel like a new person. Thank you so much Dr. Hardy and the staff!! Oh, and they stayed past hours yesterday to help me. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!
