The staff was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I was able to schedule a follow up appointment in a reasonable amount of days. I was so pleased with my visit that I had to share my positive experience with my husband as soon as I got home.

I had a great experience with Rice Creek Family Dentistry. From the time I called to set up my husband’s initial dentist appointment, everyone I spoke to was kind and patient. Dr. Jackson and his dental assistant(from Staten Island) made me feel welcome and included in the appointment. That was very comforting especially because my husband has to have some major dental work done. Dr. Jackson took his time explaining all the options and advising us on the best thing to do. The ladies up front and the even the lady who deals with the insurance deserve applause. I will be moving my care to Rice Creek as well now! Dr. Jackson has an amazing staff!
