If I could give no stars. I would. If you are scheduled to see a Dentist at The Smylist, you should anyone else over this Dentist, Dr J. AGLIATO. 1) Failed to return messages following the treatment of a family member. 2) Incorrectly made a treatment plan for 2 cavity fillings, both were to be taken care of in 1 visit. Because SHE was running behind,directed the family member to make a second appt. 3) Due to her failure to return my call, questioning wny all WORK was not completed during visit #1, that second appt was made with a MORE experienced dentist at The Smilist. 4) That more experienced dentist could not FIND the second cavity.

Dr. A is patient, considerate and a genuinely nice person. I’m having a lot of work done and I feel that she really cares and is very good at her trade. My temp bridge looks amazing, can’t wait to see the final one. I’ve been to too many dentists over the years and none hold a candle to Dr. A Oh, and Rosa, her dental assistant is crazy but always makes the experience fun.

This is the first dentist i’ve ever returned too. After numerous bad experiences over the years i had given up. After being urged to stop in to this office by family, i took the shot and am so happy that i did. Jennifer had laid out a plan over the initial visit and x-rays and so far i have returned twice according to the plan, with my next appointment set. I am an outlier with alot of stuff to take care of but its nice being at ease and not dreading when an appointment is coming up. It’s also nice knowing that i can finally take care of what i have put off for ages. The employees are all super nice and accommodating, everyone’s friendly and it almost makes you want to work there with the positive vibe going on. There’s no upsell or runaround, just answers and advice. It’s pretty crazy how going to the dentist was always like my boogyman or something, but here they actually listen to my questions, and ask if i can feel any pain... unlike some other places which seem to just go to town.
