However, when I called the Hicksville office to schedule a dental cleaning, the receptionist INCORRECTLY read from the computer that I already had a recent cleaning at another national dental office location. She insisted on it condescendingly, implying I forgot I was there and I was not due for a cleaning. She put me on hold & then hung up on me. Later I spoke with someone else there and confirmed I was right. I will stick to the East Meadow location.

Excellent and caring service. Dr Solomon is an excellent and caring Dentist, who makes a patient feel comfortable and without fear. He has performed numerous and delicate dental procedures on me in an extremely satisfactory manner, including follow up. He should be commended for his dental work and handling of patients, as well as his staff. I highly recommend National Dental, which is now part of Contemporary Dental Implant Center.

I’ve had my appointment canceled multiple times, once without getting a notice. I had gone for a cleaning and got an x-ray, then I made an appointment to get the work done for next time. I showed up the next time just so that they could say I needed the same work done and didn’t even get operated on, thus showing up for no reason. Very unprofessional and not ran well.

I had went to contemporary dental in Smithtown many years ago I had an issue with my Implant Crown. Keep falling out. The office did not want to see me. Because the dentist that is there is not the one that did the implant. Long story short I went through a mentally draining upsetting experience. However, the Hicksville office stepped in and went above and beyond to takeover. I would recommend this office to anyone. I give special thanks to Natalie,Suna, Dr.Marina,Chris,Lauren, Dr. Hyun and Dr. Garcia who was with me every step of the way to insure I was treated like an important patient of the practice. (Royalty even)I would recommend anyone to this facility . Keep up the great job and know you are all assets to the company.

Before even arriving, the receptionist was extremely nice calling and texting about my appointment. Getting there, the receptionists were so nice and welcoming. The office is beautiful. Dr. Solomon was extremely kind, informative, listened to my concerns, and put me at ease. The two dentist who took all my X-rays were also very nice. Lauren who helped with pricing was thorough and so kind. Would highly recommend coming here!
