Reception is the face of a clinic, and first impression is the last impression, i called in to ask about a procedure was kept on hold and after a while the call was cut, i called back and again kept on hold and after a while someone pops in and asks "what can i do for you?"so what was i kept on hold for???Then to hear sorry i cannot help you,and the tone as if i was requesting free service,i called in another clinic on hempstead and got the service done with a decent sum of money,will never visit nor refer my pts to this place ever.
