Very happy with my experiences with Teeth R Us. I was given proper care, proper recommendations, and overall my teeth are much healthier now, and I’m no longer in pain. They’ve also gone out of their way to help me regarding administration as well as just making me feel comfortable as a patient as dental work can be scary. I fully recommend Solomon and the entire staff.

Office manager tried to charge me $300 plus dollars out of pocket for “special X-rays” despite my insurance covering all necessary X-rays. One of the front desk girls told me due to the constant complaints from patients after having done a root canal, the dentist now require these “special X-rays” that insurance doesn’t cover, when I pushed back the office manager told me if I didn’t like it to find a new dentist. That’s exactly what I did! Switched to Pristine Dental Solutions in West Hempstead and could not be happier! Little to no wait time, great service, and they take most insurances. Office manager is very entitled, difficult, inpatient and not helpful whatsoever. Not only was he rude to me but also my insurance agent, and my new provider as well. He’s a joke, a visibly very miserable man. He also refused to provide with an itemized bill when asked, referring me to my insurance when he could have just printed it out. Shady shady business. Save yourself the headache. They’re just looking to grab your cash.

I recently went to Teeth R Us Dental Care for implant surgery. I had 4 implants placed in one visit and I must say that Dr. Nam Phan was excellent! We was knowledgeable and informative and he did a great job! I felt nothing during my visit and recovering as expected. Dr. Phan even went the extra mile to personally check on me days after my procedure. The office manager Simon was also great in ensuring I had all the information needed to ensure a smooth and successful appointment.

I visited Teeth R Us for a cleaning and check up . My experience there was amazing. Girls at the front desk are super kind and welcoming. The E - ray specialist was sweet and took her time to explain things to me . But what made me so comfortable and happy was how professional and amazing the dental hygienist was . She did a wonderful job on my teeth . Thank you for making my smile shine . And to finish off the doctor that saw me took care of me and made sure I’m using the correct tooth brush . I highly recommend this Dental office for adults and kids . Great place !

I’m starting to hate coming here. 4 to 5 hours waiting time. I may need a new dentist. Even when you’re in the room, it’s another 40 minutes wait. 5 hours we waited. My son ended up falling asleep. Smh.. Worse ever. Sad part I really did like this place. We’ve been coming here for 2 years. I’ve only had one good visit here so far. That was our first time here. I really liked most of the staff. However, not all show respect for your time. Especially one of the woman at the front desk..
