I was searching for a dentist nearby. Just needed cleaning and consultation. Scheduling an appointments with this place is thumbs down. Well, at least for me it was. I’ve had a couple of appointments scheduled. Each time they asked for additional info, which was given. Then a day, or two before appointment someone would leave a message and cancel, stating they needed "additional" information. I wonder why it was such a problem. Was it my insurance, voice, or location?

Arrived for my appointment a few minutes early and checked. Before I finished taking off my coat they were ready for me. I was there for a crown. I have never had a crown before. Dr. Bogdan explained the procedure and answered all my questions. The procedure went well and a temporary crown was fitted onto the damaged tooth. I will see him again in 2 weeks for the permanent crown. All of his staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I did not feel like I was on a conveyor belt in a factory. Kudos to Anka and Agnes for the help with my insurance plan.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dragos Sandulescu for about 7 years now. My first experience in the office was with Anca, and it was the only time I’ve ever had a cleaning without pain. Agnes has assisted Dr. Dragos during my many visits over the years and she is extremely kind. I can’t say enough about Dr. D and if I could post pictures of the beautiful smile he has given me, I would. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Dragos changed my dental experiences to an extremely positive one with his amazing bedside manner and technical perfection!
