Love this practice My entire family loves this practice! Dr. Michaels is amazing. He’s very caring and an exceptional dentist, who’s honest and takes the time to explain things to you. The front desk has always accommodated us for any emergencies and really friendly. We love our hygienist! She really takes the time and does a thorough job... I mean thorough! This prarcie really feels like a family dentistry, you’re remembered and treated with respect and compassion.

I would rather let my teeth rot out of my head than return to this dentist. Dr. Eric Michaels exclusively cares about money and profit and not a single other thing. Each time I had an appointment I would wait for over an hour before I even sat in the chair because he constantly overbooks, which clearly indicates he does not care about his patients and only cares about maximizing profit. I had a few fillings done back in October and November. He didn’t even allow any time at all for me to ask questions and when I did manage to ask one he basically brushed me off and responded with a snarky tone. He must’ve rushed doing the fillings, because 5 months later I am still experiencing pain in those spots. In addition, there is a big gap in one of my teeth where he didn’t put enough filling. I know other people who have been to him who had the same experience to the point that they had to see an oral surgeon to correct the damage he has done. The cherry on top is if you want to pay online this quack uses PayPal. Also another indicator that he is trying to maximize profit because he is too cheap to utilize a HIPPAA compliant payment processing service. The office is also located in the basement of an old decrepid building that hasn’t been updated since probably the late 80s. So if you value your privacy and the integrity of your oral health, do yourself a favor and go to a REAL dentist that genuine cares about their patients

Dr. Eric Michaels is fantastic! I have been coming here for 3 years now and this is the best dentist I have ever seen. I finally got my wife to switch and she’s the type of person who hates to go to the dentist, but she feels very comfortable here. He also takes a variety of insurance. I used to go to a really expensive dentist who took no insurance and Dr. Michaels ended up having to fix his work! I’ve had many cavities filled here and the hygienists have always been great. Come here you can trust them and get great personalized care.

I love dr.michaels I had a lot of work to be done and he was so empathetic and I really would love to have him as our family dentist forever thank you so much xo
