I have been going to Dr. Richer for the past 5 years and I must say North Shore Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry is amazing! I've had periodontal issues to where my bottom front teeth were thought to needing extracting and ultimately a bridge. I so did not want this. With the guidance and wisdom of Dr. Richter and hygienist Linda Golden, they have saved my teeth to where they are healthy and strong. I believe in this team and rest assure that whatever will be needed, my smile and gums are healthy! From Casi at the front desk to Maria and Elizabeth the assistants as well as patient care Coordinator and their new hygienist Imani, you are in great hands! I have been a patient of Dr Richter for many years. He is an excellent dentist and a kind and caring person. His staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. I always have a positive experience at every visit. I just saw him for an emergency during the pandemic and Dr. Richter and his assistant resolved my issue, while making me feel safe and secure in his immaculate office. Dr. Richter and his team are great. I had a terrible toothache and they were able to see me on an emergency basis on 5/11. I had a cavity under a filling that I knew about, and as it turns out, after xrays, they found an abscess as well. Dr.Richter fixed both at the same time, sparing me the need for multiple visits, although he was clear that if a follow up was/is necessary, that he would make himself available. I have been a patient of his for years and will continue to do so.

Phenomenal office! Dr. Richter is very professional and patient with myself and my family! The staff is qualified and super friendly. They really put us at ease. And I'm a germaphobe...I admit it. The office is very clean and modern. I am FORTUNATE to have found this level of care... finally! We will use Dr. Richter from now on. We expect the best...and his office and staff are the best!
