I’m a new patient and have been there 3 times in the last 6 months. At first I was happy I switched and found the staff and dentist to be welcoming and professional, but every time I went, and paid the required amount, I would get a bill for additional money due. The last one was for a treatment the hygienist recommended. I asked if it was covered by my insurance and she went to the front desk and confirmed it was, so I agreed to the treatment. Now I am being billed for it.

I have been brushing my teeth too hard for a long time and it seems that it has caught up to me. My gum is receding in one small area and it’s causing some serious sensitivity. Before it got any worse I thought it would e smart to seek professional advice toward fixing it. The front desk staff was welcoming and polite. Dr. Crivello was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a referral to a local periodontist who is going to get me squared away. I would recommend this place for sure. Great experience. I’m going back for a cleaning in July.
