From the moment that my children and I walked into this busy office, we had a pleasant, professional experience. It is always a good sign when a waiting room is busy! From the front desk coordinator (Beth), to the orthodontic assistant, to the wonderful orthodontist (Dr. Princey R.) ....all went smoothly and efficiently! The kids and I really liked the relaxed and pleasant manner in which the doctor consulted with us and who answered our questions patiently and with a smile. When we left the office, we already had our follow-up appointments and game plan in place. It was overall a terrific visit. We are now 6 months into the braces process and this office has handled it wonderfully❣

Hello fellow patients 👋🏻 I love this place. I was recommended to this “chain” of island orthodontics by my godsister. I had spacers, a palate expander, class III mask, and now braces and rubber bands. I just got my braces on and the service was quick and professional. Didn’t hurt, but maybe that’s just me. The orthodontist and his assistants are super nice and they chat with you, and most importantly, treat you like a human. 10/10 would voluntarily get more done.

I have been going to Island Orthodontics to correct an open bite. I am so pleased with the results of the treatment in less than a year !! The front desk is always helpful, all the dental assistants are very professional and caring. I’m wearing clear braces instead of Invisalign. Overall great experience.

I had a terrible experience. Staff at the office is horrendous. We did not feel like valued clients at all. During our consultation Beth (office manager) ran into consultation twice warning Dr Rothenburg that patients are waiting. We were in the consult for not even 10 minutes. We moved passed that issue and accepted the treatment plan. We scheduled our appointment 1 month ahead to receive Invisalign treatment. Received a call 10 minutes before the appointment the Invisalign did not arrive. We are going with a different orthodontist and you should too. Do your research. You’ve been warned. Save your time go elsewhere. Update: contacted by Dr Zak and offered $200 to remove my review.
