Brand new patient. How long do you think I had to wait while the doctor chatted on the phone to his buddies? Brand new patient. Sat in the waiting room and watch them take three people who came in after me. Brand new patient. Doctor says: (after what already was a long time) " I haven’t forgotten about you. I’ll be with you quickly." Then he went into the next room and talked on the phone for 15 minutes and then went and began work on another patient. I stood up and left after 25. Brand new patient. So here I am having invested one hour and 20 minutes for a quick consult, cooling my jets, nothing accomplished. Brand new patient. How much longer would you have preferred I waste my time? 2 hours? Would two and a half have done it? (Just as valuable as yours, btw) I do not recommend this practice. It is only because of the doctor. All the ladies I met were very nice, but they’re working for the wrong guy. Repeat, avoid. He thinks more of himself than his patients. I’m so sad and angry. EDIT/Response: What exactly will you be ’looking into’? Will you be querying yourself on your own choices and actions? Everybody else in your office respected my time and my being. Your response is merely CYA, way too late, does not acknowledge the fact that I am so upset that I will never return. ’work to make me a happy customer’ is a hollow, plastic term that belies the insincerity of your practice. Bah. Or actually? "Feh" 🤚

Dr. Ost is a wonderful dentist and has an amazing staff. I called with excruciating pain and they took me that day. He’s kind and efficient and a great doctor. Highly recommend coming here.

Dr Ost is very thorough with his exams and the most gentle dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. My children used to be afraid of going to the dentist until we met Dr Steven Ost. Finally don’t have to fight with the kids to get them there. And the office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s truly a pleasure going there.
