If you are contemplating getting a dental implant or in the process of searching a good doctor. HERE IT IS. Dr. Zatcoff & his assistant Nelly are angels!!! I came to Dr. Zatcoff highly recommended through a family friend and I was amazed at how PAIN FREE my process went. I was explaining to Nelly how nervous I was, about being awake during the process (they do not put you to sleep at this office) And also about how I would look with the abutment and no tooth while it heals and she stood right in front of me and gave me a pep talk with nothing but positivity and instantly made me feel at ease. Dr. Zatcoff put numbing gel on and when he started numbing me I DID NOT FEEL EVEN THE SLIGHTEST PINCH. I couldn’t believe it! Im 35 years old and never had a dentist be so careful and professional. The two implants went put in with in 30 min or less. I had zero pain, no weird dentist noises, no bleeding. I am day 3 now and healing up so nicely. I was fully functioning and ready for work the following day. I am still in shock. I will be returning for another implant ASAP. I will always recommend him and his team. Thank you!!!

STEPHANIE is very very unprofessional!!! Terrible customer service!!!! ARGUING with the patient is NEVER acceptable, after all the patient is the reason you have a job. Stephanie is RUDE and BELLIGERENT. I will not be returning or referring anyone else. This office only care about the money!!! Even when you are sick and dying they are forcing you to come to an appointment! Please stop harassing people. Allow people to cancel their appointments. SCREAMING AT A CANCER PATIENT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!There’s plenty of other dentists, show some compassion!!!!! Edit : False information where??? The patient is in care at NSLIJ Cancer Institute at 450 Lakeville Rd and unless you’ve had the unpleasantness of cancer treatment/surgery please reconsider casting judgement. Everything stated can be proven!!! This is nothing against Dr Seid. Dr Seid is phenomenal! The issue is with Stephanie and her terrible treatment to a CANCER patient…That is what is inappropriate. How can you miss 4 appointments when the insurance allows 2 per year for cleaning? Why do you keep scheduling said patient for additional appointments when you claim they missed 4. You sent out an appointment text and no one replied C to confirm!!!! Being diagnosed with cancer fresh into a new year, I’m sure no one has the dentist on their mind! Learn some professionalism!!!!

I am not the type of people who like to leave comments or ratings. However, i think this time, Dr. Seid and his team deserves recognition. I got to Dr. Seid office after different recommendations of providers who did not know what to do with my case or even take the case to make some profit out of it. When i thought everything was lost and even my hope to smile again I met Dr. Seid. From the first day, he stepped in with such kindness and compassion making me feel i had found the right team for my dental concerns. Dr. Seid came up with a plan that suited my expectations, my fears, my hopes to smile again, and even my budget. He has explained everything in detail with no surprises. All the staff have been also kind and respectful, and Stephanie at the front desk is a sweetheart and always goes above and beyond for us the patients. I still have a long journey to go but I am so grateful to have found a dentist who genuinely cares and is there to help me all the way to achieve a “Beautiful Smile”. The dentist barely looked at my teeth and when I told him I had been experiencing pain at the back of my gums he said it was probably due to them not being clean while not even taking a second look. He also told me I had to get a crown to replace a broken tooth that had a bond on it, had me wait for insurance to be cleared and scheduled an appointment, only for me to show up the day of ready for surgery, and for him to walk in and tell me it was too complicated of a surgery for him to do, and then walk out. I was still charged for that “appointment” as well! When I went to see a different dentist they said I did not need a crown but could get one in the future, but he would not recommend it since my tooth was still attached at the root and healthy. My father also went to this practice and was told he would need multiple procedures only for him to get a second opinion from someone else and get told he didn’t need any of that. I have not been back since and will not be.
