horrible experience. Worst teeth cleaning of my life. My front 2 teeth are ruined from the bad dentist (dr. levenbrook) and cleaning tools used were extremely rough. Should a dental cleaning hurt? no should the tools used cause a chip in the front of your teeth? this was a scary visit. I told dentist that the tools hurt and he did not listen and kept going until I felt a gaping hole in front of my 2 front teeth. Crazy he tried to brush this off as a loose filing but my teeth were fine and I had small bonding at behind of my lower front teeth which everything was fine until this place. The dentist drilled more of my natural tooth filled with all sorts of strange color bonding. my tooth looked a wreck wrong color and next morning feeling like it was coming off. In fear of my front teeth cracking from eating something I called. The office open Friday, Sat Sunday but no dentists I was told. receptionist was rude and I went to another dentist and later called to talk to a Manager. Lisa is supposed to be new manager and I called multiple time with no call back. This is how they treat their patients...they don’t CARE!!!!!!

I am a current patient, and I am having a tough time reconciling my experience with those of other reviewers. Although I have only used this business for my semi-annual teeth cleaned and X-rays, I have never had an issue. They do accept my insurance, but I might go elsewhere if I did need major dental work done. To date, no actions taking by the dentist or the staff would make look elsewhere and pay 3X what Wisdom Tooth charges. Scheduling is a problem but not enough for me at least to trash them. If you are looking for a luxurious setting, which should be the least of your concerns, go elsewhere. You will pay for it. Some of your folks are very sensitive. How do your function in life? By the way, I am NOT an employee acting as a patient!

if i could give a 0 i would. i was there for 3 hours for NOTHING. she had problems finding my insurance information then i’m told i needed my my wisdom teeth removed (which i already knew) and the secretary was supposed to send the request for the referral 2 weeks ago and i just found out she never sent it i’m beyond pissed off and in pain right now.
