As Far As The Staff, And Doctors. They Are Fabulous. Had A Tooth Extracted. They Took Their Time. Very Friendly And Professional. Only Problem Is. . I Was Advised To Take Tylenol For My Pain. I’ve Been In Horrible Pain Since Yesterday. Tylenol Isn’t Doing A Thing For Me. Tried Calling Several Times. To Have The Doctor Send In Something Stronger To My Pharmacy. Nobody Picks Up. . Nor Does Anyone Return Your Call. .

Was supposed to get my root canal done from here, after several visits with nothing being accomplished and experiencing severe pain after my visit on Thursday 3/13/25 with the resident doctor Scott who was incredibly stupid, had no idea what he was doing, and dare I mention, he kept breaking the dental dam for over an hour. Scott accomplished NOTHING, only to tell me my root canal would require 3 or 4 more visits. After extensive panoramic x-rays at my dentist he said that LIJ only killed the “nerve” they didn’t even attempt to do the root canal. My mom is going to call the insurance company and get all of our money back, Scott had his finger up his butt hole the entire time and had 0 confidence, never again will I be using LIJ for my dental needs again, my mouth has never been in this much pain EVER. This entire experience has been such an inconvenience for me, if I could give LIJ Department of Dental Medicine 0 stars I would.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not only do they not pick up the phone when you need to reschedule an appointment THEY cancelled. They don’t bother to call you back to reschedule. They are nasty/rude and laugh at you while you are suffering and in pain and don’t care to help you. The Spanish woman at the front desk is NASTY. Never have I had an interaction like that with someone in the Medical field. If you need help when your inside expect a bunch of no’s and I don’t know and you have to pay out of the pocket. I can keep going all day about this place and the rude staff they hired. DO NOTA recommend.

They have the worse staff and management. I hold the hospital responsible for hiring the worse staff ever…The whole team needs to be fired. . The office manager doesn’t even know how to control the staff when they are rude to customers..
