I brought my daughter to Sipkins Orthodontics to get her braces. My older daughter also got her braces from Dr. Sipkins. She is so nice and makes you feel comfortable. Her staff is great. I have recommended several of my friends to take their kids there. My daughter said to me that everyone was so nice to her when she was getting her braces. They run that office so efficiently. They update you after each visit. Great experience thank you guys.

I had an appointment that was confirmed and when I came I was told my insurance didn’t have coverage. They insisted they told me on the phone about the day before which isn’t true. I indeed got a call to reconfirm my appointment but that was the extent of the conversation. Show up at the office and after some back and forth with the receptionist regarding not receiving any call to discuss about the insurance the frustrated and rude manager Kim jumped in the middle of the conversation and simply say that I received the call and end of conversation. I asked to speak with Dr Sipkin and the manager said she doesn’t have time to talk to patients. So, rather than apologize for the miscommunication from their part Kim actually asked to put a negative review. Just be mindful of wasting your time at this place. The person that hired Kim should be fired.

Dr Sipkin and here entire staff deserve 10 starts not 5. I have 3 children and all are patients of Dr. Sipkin. My older daughter should be a poster child for Sipkin Orthodontics, her mouth was a complete mess and today the amount of compliments she gets are insane. Most children complain every time they have to go to the orthodontist, my children actually look forward to going. The office is beautiful, the staff is friendly and always make you feel welcome. Dr. Sipkin along with her staff takes the time to explain everything that they are doing during the appointment and answer any questions you may have. My family has been seeing Dr. Sipkin for about 9 years I couldn’t be happier or trust another Doctor more. I travel over 25 minutes each time to see Dr. Sipkin and her staff I would travel an hour if I had to.

Would absolutely recommend Dr. Sipkin to EVERYONE! I had braces as a child, but did not wear my retainer so my teeth shifted. I went to Dr. Sipkin to get Invisalign as an adult 1 year ago. When you walk into the office it is impeccably clean, friendly and FUN! Dr. Sipkin is one of the kindest people and made sure she explained the whole process thoroughly and that I was comfortable every step of the way. During my treatment I also saw Dr. Ava and she is equally as amazing. I just finished my treatment last week and I could not be happier. If you or anyone you know needs braces/Invisalign go to Sipkin Orthodontics and you wont be disappointed!

Jennifer Sipkin is an amazing orthodontist who really cares for each patient!!! We started this process about 2 years ago with my daughter, who just got her braces off today. Her teeth are absolutely beautifully straight. I needed braces and again this time as a patient experienced the same wonderful care as my daughter. The entire staff, from office managers to assistants made us smile, laugh and feel comfortable, like family. Thank you for this wonderful experience, we will be back for my younger daughter when she’s ready.
