Brought my 5 year old for dental issues. He wouldn’t sit still for X-rays but sat well enough to know he’d need something more than what could be done reasonably in the office. The procedure was done fairly quickly, the staff was incredible. The nurse explained everything to us in detail, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I highly recommend this office

They did an awesome job caring for my babygirl. They explained the process of the procedure from beginning to the end and even gave a courtesy call afterwards. I highly recommend their services to others seeking oral surgery for your little ones.

My son had his surgery done here this morning and the staff was amazing. My son has really bad anxiety whenever he goes to the dentist, but today he didn’t have that feeling. Mrs. Dora came out and got him talked him through the procedure and said he was amazing. She is really great with kids. I recommend parents to bring their kids here if they want someone who is patient, kind, kid friendly and very nice to work with their children. The front desk receptionist , doctor, and anesthesiologist all were very nice and explained any questions or concerns I had Thoroughly. Also they do surgery on the weekend I making it convenient for parents to bring their children. I will definitely be transferring my children to this dental office. It was a great experience.

I had a horrible experience here. PLEASE bring your child somewhere else. I was told I would have a consultation, but then did not. The Dr would not talk to me over the phone or answer questions. They said "they do not do that." No one in the office smiled, introduced themselves, said hello to my daughter, or said good morning even once. We were told we had to pay the anesthesia fee of $1200 up front and if we paid cash, $1,100. I said " you mean debit, or check?" They said no, CASH. The anesthesiologist is out of state (travels in) and it’s difficult for him to deposit checks and he prefers to put the cash directly in his pocket, not through the bank. THEN, they didn’t want to give me a receipt! They said they could maybe email me one. Waittttt Isn’t this a Dr? Are we evading taxes or what? I never met him and was never given his name. They make you sign a form that states that whatever changes they want to make during the treatment, they can and you will be responsible for the extra charges. The parents in front of us were charged $800 extra while their child was still in the back. They were not allowed to see him until it was paid. We watched them bring out their child, push the mom out of the way to put the child into their car seat and then smacked his head on the door. Then he YELLED at the mom! You are not allowed in the back at any point. The dentist came out to tell me they were already planning additional work (wanted to removed 4 extra teeth) took me in the public hallway of the building which was not heated to discuss it with me. When I said I was uncomfortable deviating from the original plan, he told me I could allow it, or cancel my appointment and leave. we drove 40 minute at 5 am for this appointment. Had fasted and I had brought all this stuff, and then I had to make a decision on the spot to do it his way or to get out. The entire vibe of the place is NEGATIVE. There’s more I could add, but what I really want to say is, please know that you can say No, choose an alternative course of action, find a different dentist who will care for your baby and make you feel safe. PLEASE don’t put your child at risk here.

We were referred here to Coliseum Oral Surgery Center after multiple in office attempts to fill cavities in our now 4 yr old. It had been a year long unsuccessful process because our little just wouldn’t keep still for the nitrous oxide mask. Our dentist had recommended treatment under general anesthesia early on but we the parents were absolutely nervous about going to such measures for our very small child. In the end Dr. Jay, oral surgeon, and Dr. Miles anesthesiologist especially, took their time explaining what would be done and easing our anxiety. The nurses we briefly interacted with were kind and patient and the reception staff were very professional and patient as well. Overall it was a wayyyyy better experience than I expected.
