Dr Chan-Chu is a very patient and gentle orthodontist . She is also professional and knowledgeable. She always explains everything thoroughly and takes time answering my questions. The office is extremely clean and hygienic and kids friendly with games at waiting area. The front desk staff are very friendly, they always email and phone remind you ahead of time about upcoming appointments. I highly recommend this practice.

Excellent dentist and orthodontist!! Highly recommended!! I’m so blessed to have Dr. Ken and Dr. Gisela Chu who treated my child with such patience, kind and dedication. My child has been with them for four years now and because of Dr. Gisela the orthodontist, my child now can have a big smile on her face. Dr. Ken and Dr. Gisela Chu was very attentive and patient in answering all of my questions and they explained to me on every procedure. The office is extremely clean and hygienic. The front staff, the hygienists, assistants and doctors are very friendly. Highly, highly recommend this practice and the doctors.

Great dental office to bring your kids to. Both Dr. Ken and Dr. Gisela Chu are very nice and friendly. Both are very knowledgeable and professional in their field and they always try to accommodate to your needs even during emergencies situations. The staff is very friendly and professional. And the office space is beautifully designed and decorated which makes you feel like you’re in for a treat during your appointment. Highly recommend.

Dr.Chu is such a patient and kind dentist. I’ve been to other pediatric dentists that don’t have half the patience he has with the young kids. He puts my kids at ease and explains everything to them before he does it. He lets them feel the tools so they aren’t scared and always asks them how they are doing. He’s amazing! His Staff is great as well.
