Dr. Wendy C. Huang, DDS

Had a filling that came out and replaced by Dr. Huang. I told her multiple times that it still felt too high but she told me it looked fine to her. I ended up cracking the tooth from the excess strain put on it and needed a dental extraction and implant at the age of 30!

Dr.Huang is an amazing dentist. I have been going to her for 17 years and she has always been accommodating and has done a wonderful job on my teeth.

Dr. Huang is FANTASTIC. I’ve been a patient for over 20 years. All of my family including my in-laws all use Dr. Huang & we couldn’t be happier. Very professional, extremely courteous & does wonderful work. I would highly recommend Dr. Huang to anybody in need of dental work.

She out through a Care Credit application without my consent to charge for bridge I couldn’t afford. I never signed the application for $5500, and did not put through the $1,500 of insurance I had for services annually. She saved money on staff but did not do typical billing, going for maximum payment quickly. Her answer to my filemma of finacial inabilty was : “ Its not just you-we all have little income with i flation!… its not just you.” I left with one bridge , a large lian with high interest, and unused insurance.” Unethical neglect of typical reimbursement to charge cash every visit til I could no longer continue treatment. Terrible communication of billing procedures and makes choices for you to increase her profits, then criticizes you for delaying visits or stating you cant afford the plan of care even though she wasnt billing my insurance that I assumed she WAS BILLING. A typical Office has the receptionist do the billing of your insurance and advise of material choices rather than dictating- “You want the porcelain, believe me you want the porcelain! Its more money but better!” So I have a badly fitted bridge for $5500 and missing molars and unfilled cavities, so how was the porcelain better? Greedy and inconsiderate. Watch your insurance billing if you go here, because her cost of living overrides yours urgently, because its not just you tgat has difficulty paying bills! Thats bad logic and a theft of your funds.

Dr. Wendy Huang is truly an amazing dentist. I consider myself very lucky to have found her. She truly cares about her patients. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable and very professional. She provides excellent service and always provides the very best option for your procedure. Her office is extremely clean and takes all precautions to make sure everything is sterile. You could not be is better hands. She doesn’t over book so you don’t have to wait. She is the best!
