I had an amazing experience, i got a filling done between a gab i had in the front of my teeth. Dr. Yelena Mikhaylova is the best! she made it look so natural and i feel so confident from smiling now, i love it! I trust her and her staff 100% towards their work ethics.I advice anyone who is looking for a good dental spot for fillings , crowns, whitening ,everything, go to thrive dental! U wont regret it.

They are complete frauds and lie about all kinds of things. They told me for 2 months that I could have a procedure and when I’m in the chair waiting they tell me my insurance doesn’t cover it. Spoke to them 10 times in 2 months and they just make stuff up. Incredibly rude and young. They have no idea how to treat people. Save your teeth, go somewhere else. Update* No idea what they’re talking about but I have NOT appealed anything at all. Also “yelling” is definitely pushing it. I didn’t yell. However I was visibly upset and let them know it. I would have loved to speak to someone in the office a lot more mature the day I was there. I have been in contact with my insurance and they have explained to me 3 times now that this office NEVER even sent in the referral for my tooth to get a filling/bond on my front tooth. It’s a shame places like this reel you in just to try to take advantage of you. I came a long way for my last appointment here and they shrugged me off when they realized they were in the wrong and had absolutely no way to swing their mistake in their favor. Came in to have my tooth fixed and they never even sent in the referral for it. Completely unprofessional and rude doesn’t even begin to cut it. I’ve made sure my loved ones/ friends and family do not use this place until they at least try to make things right or show some recognition. I’ve Reached out multiple times to have this issue resolved by at least getting a referral number for what they were supposed to send in but they don’t answer and my insurance can’t do anything if they NEVER send/ sent anything in. They sent in a referral to have a crown put on a tooth (a tooth I already have a crown on). They sent in a referral for that but I didn’t even come in to get that fixed. Idk what the obsession is with my tooth that doesn’t need fixed but the whole experience here has been upsetting. The dentists seemed so nice and was definitely looking forward to having them help me but EVERYBODY else was so rude once something didn’t get their way. It was not an experience I would want to put anyone I know in.

It was a good experience today like everyday and guess what??? Bring a friend and they give u a few dollars off ur visit and theirs. They take most medical insurances and they discuss anything you may have to pay for out-of-pocket for. However, they dont make you feel like its mandatory for you to do it all right then and there. The office was very clean the staff was courteous and polite I would highly recommend them and definitely would go again and bring a few friends. Parking is by meter but they do have a municipal lot nearby.

Can’t say enough good things about this office!! Led by Dr. Mikhaylova and Natalie, they really go above and beyond to make sure their patients are knowledgeable and comfortable throughout all procedures. Moreover, the office is spotless and we almost never have to wait on the day of our appointment. I have recommended many friends to come to this office and they have nothing but praise for them as well, go book your appointment now if you are looking for a better smile and healthier teeth!
