The Beach 20th location is closed they’ve relocated to who knows where and no longer accept Medicaid. Not only that... Everything was already paid for and I still haven’t received the services they owe me. I call and leave a message and they never call me back.

A huge SCAM they checked my teeth told me I would need a wisdom tooth extraction that they would contact my insurance for me & call me with an appt within a week. No call weeks later tooth still hurting I call them and they say all they can do is give me the number to the surgeon but it will take a few months to get an appt. Mind you the dentist proceeded to clean my teeth sloppy might I add Al thought I had tooth pain who cleans before extraction! Huge scam they just care about taking people money!

I went to visit that dentist for the first time, which I was going to have dental crowns done, they charged me $185 just to see the dentist, they did absolutely nothing to me…. then i made a $400 deposit so they could send my teeth sample to the lab, the following week they were charging me $1200 to make temporary dental crowns. At first they told me that I can pay little by little and suddenly they were charging me too much. then I canceled everything and l told the front desk lady that if they could please give me a refund of my deposit of $400, which they told me that they could not give me that amount and that they were going to give me only $200 dollars, part of my money. without having done absolutely nothing to my mouth. I lasted 3 weeks demanding my money, which they have not delivered to me yet and they always make a pretext, I do not recommend it.

I’m a new patient at this dentist office. The gentleman that does the work is from former employer at Clinton Correctional institution is Great. The African American gentleman is the greatest assistant any office can have. The ONE THING that’s needing immediate change is the front desk Receptionist name Vanessa. She is the most disrespectful front desk person I’ve ever experience. The front desk is the introduction to any business. I FEEL SORRY FOR ARTEMIS DENTAL....your business will not survive. I am starting special blogs over this disturbance.

Reading the reviews you would think they didn’t do anything at all. The receptionist was easy to work with took my insurance and walked me through the process the best and fastest way possible. Compared to everywhere else I went in Rockaway, she didn’t give me an attitude. Got my x-ray, dentist explained what’s going on with my teeth, gave me a clean and referral to an oral surgeon- no problem found. The only place that accepted my insurance
