I don’t get it and don’t see how he’s getting away with this. My son’s braces are a mess and no orthodontist is willing to fix them. We would have to start the process all over again. Someone find this man and hold him accountable for the work he still owes us!!!

Just like everyone else, office/website/phone all shutdown without any forwarding information. With Aetna’s help, I was able to track him down in Atl,GA. They weren’t very responsive because I was in MD. Luckily, I found someone who knew someone, who knew someone that had A number. After a couple of weeks of calling, I finally found someone to pickup. He’s working out of a living room in Temple Hills. Inbox me(full name, Waldorf, MD) on Facebook and I’ll send info. I’d post it here but, I’m in the process of ’getting my money back’. Not trying to scare him away.

I wish I could leave the stars blank to show zero stars allowed. Dr. Clarks office removed my daughter’s braces of in April, but failed to give her the retainer they fitted her for before they closed their doors. They KNEW they were closing, but didn’t inform their patients. It’s been 3 months trying to track them down. Both Clinton and Waldorf offices are closed. We have know patient records and my daughter’s teeth have shifted, which may cause her to have to get braces all over again AND he was paid in Full so now I have to pay out of pocket AGAIN for a new Orthodontist! :(

I have so much to say about this horrible place! My braces were placed on in 2014 which I was told they would be worn for 1 1/2 years. It’s 2017 and I’m still in braces. Dr. Clark closed the Waldorf branch without notifying patients. I had an appointment scheduled in May, I called to confirm my appointment being that they DO NOT MAKE REMINDER CALLS, the voicemail stated that the office HAS CLOSED! I am beyond livid! My braces have been paid for in full! I’m left with braces and no orthodontist!

Made a appointment for a later date and missed the appointment. This office does not give appointment reminders. So if you make a appointment make sure you write it down. They let u miss the appointment and charge you 35 bucks for missed appointments. Unacceptable for a doctor’s office. Never had a doctor’s office not give u a reminder especially if its made months in advanced. Was never notified that there waldorf office is closed and all patients must go to clinton location. Wow what a way to do business
