It is a challenge to adequately encapsulate the remarkable encounter I had yesterday with Advanced Endodontics of Westchester-White Plains. I was in pain for two days and had high anxiety as a result of negative dental experiences in the past. Because I delayed treatment, I was afraid that I would lose the tooth. I was sure that the pain indicated infection. Dr. Diamond’s demeanor was super calm, kind and capable. First she listened to my concerns and understood the anxiety. She started me on oxygen then nitrous oxide, a mild sedative that had me relaxed before the numbing agent she applied prior to the injection. She waited patiently while the sedative and numbing ’took’. In the past I felt like a jackhammer was loose in my mouth. Yesterday her touch was so soft that my lipstick was not even smudged (!!!) when she completed the root canal. As she worked, she provided information. The tooth was not infected. The tooth was salvageable. The procedure was uncomplicated. Doris, her assistant was kind, and competent. I was made to feel protected as in "We got you." I got an email with the scans and notes from the visit. When the anesthetic wore off, I expected pain, but there was none. I know this an insane thing to say... but I am actually looking forward to the second root canal that I will need. I cannot say enough about Dr. Diamond and her team. Office is state of the art. Clean. Comfortable. Lanisa, front desk was welcoming ,warm and knowledgeable. Easily 5 plus stars. Thank you! and G-d Bless you. Miriam

Dr Diamond is wonderful. I strongly recommend her. She is gentle and very thorough. She made sure to answer all my questions and explained the treatment plan going forward regarding my care. I felt safe in her expert hands. The office staff were friendly and I felt instantly at ease. Although I was seen out-of-network, they offered to put the claim in for me. After my procedure, I was called to ensure that my comfort level was good. It was a very positive endodontic experience.

Dr. Svetcov and his staff were OUTSTANDING both times I went! I had to get an emergency root canal they fit me in that day and they were extremely caring and proficient I felt like I was in the best hands I could be in, he is a truly talented Doctor and the people who work for him were so kind and calming! I was so nervous and because of their expertise I had an extremely positive experience and I am so grateful!

Needed to have a root canal and Advanced Endodontics was recommended by my dentist. Dr. Keith Hope performed the root canal and I am happy to say that it was a painless procedure. Dr. Hope explained the process and even drew a diagram of what it entailed and followed up with very clear instructions of what to expect and also called the next day to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend him and also would like to say the office is immaculate and the equipment modern and well maintained. Friendly, courteous and professional staff as well.
