I just had an excellent experience at Gentle Touch Lasers. Nikki was great. I came in for an IPL, but she used her knowledge and suggested something more tailored to my needs, and we did that instead. I can’t wait to see the results 😊😄

If I had a video of Maria’s wild and inappropriate behavior, she would be fired and Tik Tok famous. She came out from behind the desk berating me and calling me stupid for trying to find where the parking they claimed to have on Groupon was located. From there she spiraled and went nuts when I asked if she’d correct it on the app, she refused. Nikki had to leave a session in another room to calm Maria down and told her this behavior toward a customer is not appropriate. Maria tried to deny my prepaid service bc she didnt want to help me at that point.. in what world is Maria the manager?

I had a terrible experience about last september María did laser in my bikini área and after 2 sessions I was bumed and I let then know it was no action, then 2 months ago it happened again. Now I’m scarded and gentle touch laser refuse yo do anything. I wouldn’t recomended them for nothing. Be very CAREFULL!!!

Maria and Nikki were great! Excellent customer service. Had a Groupon that was expiring and they still honored it which was very nice. Explained the process thoroughly and I felt like I was in great hands. Extremely happy with results after only one visit. Can’t wait to go again. Nikki was my technician and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole service. I also felt safe being the place was clean and it wasn’t packed but also because of their screening process.
